Refund Policy
- Students are eligible for refund as per Gain Mark Academy refund policy.
- The refund is allowed on genuine reasons only. If the ward is not able to understand the subject/mishandling or inappropriate/irregular attendance in online sessions will amount to such reasons.
- 100% refund is not allowed for students who have completed 50% or more of the sessions/subject.
- Students with less than 50% online presence in sessions/subjects are eligible for refund on the basis of an evaluation by Gain Mark Academy. The refund will be based on the result of an analysis on the particular case/student and clearly under the sole discretion of Gain Mark Academy.
- The decision of Gain Mark Academy will be final and binding on every fee-refund issue. Any case of fee refund will be honoured within 3 to 5 working days.
